Nieberding

During the 2021 annual SACNAS conference in October, members of the Ohio State SACNAS chapter participated by giving oral and poster presentations about their research as well as a panel discussion for chapter advisors about how the chapter has been successful in keeping the organization active.

Megan Nieberding is a physics graduate student in the area of physics education research, and she plans to graduate with her Ph.D. in 2022.  She has been studying the extent to which procrastination is associated with student performance, how this might be related to gender and preparation, and also how students improve in accuracy and fluency in fundamental skills required to succeed in physics.
