Abstract
After receiving my PhD, I joined Huntington National Bank as a data scientist where I worked originally on the AI Center of Excellence and now the Marketing Modeling team. I will cover what data science at a bank entails and day-to-day activities on each of the teams I’ve been a part of. I will also cover how physics experience transfers to data science and key tips to prepare for a similar transition.
