Phase 2 Design Award, In Progress:

• DQS-CP is in NSF NQVL Phase 2 (Design), a two-year, $4M cooperative agreement.
  
   

Phase 2 Work Covers:

• Standing up the six-institution consortium and its distributed milestone tracking
   
• Generating first experimental results on entanglement-enhanced sensing architectures
   
• Developing the instrument roadmap and testbed design for Phase 3
   
• Building industry engagement and workforce development pipelines
   

Phase 3 would support a six-year implementation award under NSF's NQVL QSTD solicitation (NSF 24-586). DQS-CP is building toward that proposal.
