Prof. Andrew Heckler receives Physics 2016 Outstanding Teaching Award

This morning, Dr. Heckler was surprised in class by the undergraduate studies office (Robert, Robin, Lindsey) and awarded with a 2016 Outstanding Teaching Award, voted on by undergraduate physics and engineering physics majors.  Dr. Heckler is currently teaching Physics 5400 (Intermediate Electricity & Magnetism) and he taught Physics 5500 (Quantum Mechanics) last semester.

Congratulations Professor Heckler for continuing the legacy of excellence in teaching in the Department of Physics!
