The mission of the Physics Staff Advisory Committee is to address issues of importance to Physics staff; to give timely feedback and make recommendations to the Chair; to facilitate communication within the Department; and to build community among Physics staff and faculty.   Past projects of PSAC include:

• Suggesting the addition of the AED machine to the building, researching options and follow through on purchase and installation
• Display monitor in lobby
• Polo Shirt project
• Regular dept. potlucks - this is an ongoing and popular among staff and faculty

PSAC also provides support for all department wide events including the Spring Picnic and Winter Party as well as fund raising activities throughout the year.
