The inaugural Ohio State University Outreach and Engagement Forum will take place today (May 2) from 1-3 p in the Ohio Union Great Hall following the annual Patterson Lecture.

Professor Gordon Aubrecht will have a poster displayed representing his work on IMPACT (Inquiry Model for Professional Action and Content-rich Teaching), a program he began in the Marion Local Schools in 2004 and has expanded into the Southwestern City Schools as well.  This programs mission is to empower middle and high school teacher to provide an inquiry type learning experience in their science classrooms.
