Assistant Professor Amy Connolly has recently been awarded an NSF CAREER Award.  This five year $650,000 grant will help support her search for high-energy neutrinos, sometimes call "ghost particles."  Amy joined the Department of Physics in the fall of 2010 and was attracted to OSU because of the strength of the particle astrophysics group and the Center for Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics (CCAPP).  Please click here to read the full story in the recent edition of College of Arts and Sciences News and Updates.
