Overpass Dedicated in Honor of William Fowler
A group of 8th graders from Lima’s South Science and Technology Magnet School have worked to dedicate an overpass to William Fowler. Dr. Fowler was an OSU Physics graduate and a Nobel Prize winner. Links to the story and to Dr. Fowler’s Wikipedia page are below.
