OSU Graduate Nigel Lockyer named Director of Fermilab

The Board of Directors of the Fermi Research Alliance has just announced that Nigel Lockyer will become the next Director of Fermilab. Dr. Lockyer did his graduate study at The Ohio State University, graduating with and M.S. in 1978 and a Ph.D. in 1980. He was elected a Fellow of the American Physical Society in 2000. Most recently Dr. Lockyer has served as director of TRIUMF, Canada's national laboratory for particle and nuclear physics. To learn more about Dr. Lockyer click here.
