Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

What is your favorite place on campus?  I enjoy eating lunch by Mirror Lake and taking my dog Zoe to the oval.

If you could stay a certain age forever, what would it be?  I would say early 30’s. Things are starting to hurt, but you can still be active and have a combination of the wisdom and confidence to know when to stop. Also, I grew into my face then.

What is your most memorable experience or proudest accomplishment?

Most Memorable Experience: When I was twelve I won first place in all 5 events at a gymnastics tournament. Usually my Mom would take me to gymnastics, but I remember this time in particular, because my Dad took me, and he got to see me win.

Proudest Accomplishment: I am the first person in my family to graduate from college.

Where would we find you on the morning of a home football game?  At home, enjoying my day off and doing what I need to do to have Sunday all to myself.

What do you think you will do after you retire?  Honestly, I don’t really ever think about it, I have no idea. I am looking forward to being in a job where I don’t want to think about leaving it behind. I hope to be doing something where I can travel and be outdoors, even regionally.

Any other interesting facts?

A friend and I have started an annual tradition of going to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Southern California. So far we’ve been the past 3 years in a row.

Also, I don’t have Facebook and I don’t miss it.
