Professor Kural awarded NSF CAREER Award

Comert Kural

Assistant Professor Comert Kural has recently been awarded a National Science Foundation’s Early CAREER Development Award for his research proposal titled “Spatiotemporal Regulation of Clathrin-mediated Endocytosis”. This five year $912,000 grant will support his research for understanding the biophysical mechanisms employed by cells to regulate the uptake of membrane-bound macromolecules.
