Professor Brian Winer was surprised on Wednesday in his Physics 1251 classroom by Professor Tom Humanic, Vice-Chair for Undergraduate Studies, with the 2022 Physics Undergraduate Teaching Award. This award is given annually and is voted on by undergraduate physics and engineering physics majors.

Professor Winer taught a section of Physics 1250 (autumn 2021) and Physics 1251 (spring 2022) that is specific to Astronomy & Astrophysics, Engineering Physics, and Physics majors. Congratulations, Prof. Winer!
