Jyoti Katoch, a postdoctoral researcher in Roland Kawakami's lab, documents the specific ways Ohio State's Department of Physics has been working to create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere to build the numbers of women in physics at all levels in an article recently published by the American Physical Society (APS) online.
